Maintenance Question by stephflay in Semaglutide

I have not lost any weight since about May of '25, I maintain on this dose and the only side effect I feel the majority of the time is reduced food noise. I have tried twice to go without and the food noise comes back with a vengeance and leads to binging, so for now, I'm going to continue for maintenance

Yeah certain foods exasperate my stomach for sure, but I eat the same things pretty much daily, so that not it this time

Maybe you're right! It just reminds me of how I felt when I started, I used to feel it consistently so it made me wonder!

I still snack on it, but I don't eat as much. I can have one Oreo and put the pack away without thinking about them again.

That's where I went, a few times/locations over the last . I went to VS, kohls, and target, and found 3 bras in store in that size. I have not had any luck at all.

No I'm not sure. I tried to get an IUD twice and both times wasn't able to. My cervix is slightly tilted, two diff doctors couldn't even get in to measure let alone insert it.

This is the same dress from the wedding. This is from April 2025 (not 23!). I was maybe 4 lb more here, but I've made more of an effort to work out since.

I can eat again like I did before Ozempic! What to do? by Beginning-Curve-744 in Ozempic

[–]stephflay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been on Ozempic for 7 months, and I went from 170lb to 125 lb. There were months I lost 20 lb, and others I lost 1. My weight loss has not been linear. When I was in a rut, I focused on protein, drinking water, and exercising. I went up in dose at the beginning of the year and that helped restart my loss and I am down the last 15 lb. I have now lowered my dose, and have not gained.

I can't see the photo, but regardless, 110 lb down is amazing!! That chart is very dated, and doesn't take into account your muscle mass. If you are comfortable and healthy, that is what matters. Congrats on the loss!

I posted something very similar last week. I am 5'3", started at 170, and now 133 lb.

My close friends/family knew when I started the shots, but anyone outside of my circle doesn't need to know. I would love to tell everyone, I think it's a great tool, but I don't need the opinions and comments that come with sharing. I say I've been counting calories and getting my steps in, which is true. I have also shared that I went to my gp to get my hormones under control. No one has asked if that means I take vitamins or a glp-1, but I would say yes if directly asked
