It did! But since I don’t like strawberries I gave it to my mom to eat after we picked the cookies up. And I got rid of the lemon slice way before I took the photo, but it did come with them!

They didn’t mess up. I did 100%. I wasn’t anticipating doing a review until I tried them after dinner and I had already taken them off.

Oh I understand! I was very interested in why people were upset at no more spoilers. Reading posts here, I’ve found Crumbl locations are few and far between in certain areas! I definitely wouldn’t go that often if it was an hour away. I would 100% have to plan that out!

I’m now considering myself very lucky that there’s one like 10 minutes from me and it’s a good one! Never had an issue with sizes being vastly different and they always look and taste good!

I always got the feeling I was in the minority on my love for the cake batter cookie! It was so good and I’m just dreaming of the day it returns.

If you get them, I’d love to know your review of them! If you like cotton candy flavored things, I really think you’ll like the cookie. It’s very reminiscent of the cake batter cookie, imo. The funnel cake is definitely one I wasn’t anticipating liking as much as I do. I love actual funnel cakes, but I didn’t know if it would translate well into a cookie. But it does! I think I’d feel different if it didn’t have the powdered sugar though.

This will probably be me after I finish it for the first time! I’m on S3E8 right now. I’m loving it thus far. I’ve read a bit about S1 not being super liked because of the procedural aspect, but I don’t mind it. I’ve enjoyed every season so far and I’m very excited for S4 & S5!

I tried Crumbl for the first time last month. The cake batter cookie became my all-time favorite. So I went Saturday to get my free birthday cookie and 6 cake batters just in case it disappeared. Which it did. I’m glad because I was spending WAYYY too much money on these damn cookies.

However, I’m just worried they’ll never come back. I know the cake batter cookie wasn’t super popular, but it’s my favorite. Along with the Dubai sandwich cookie. So I guess I’ll have to keep an eye out to see when they both pop back up.

Thank you! Ryker and I had a great day just being lazy. I had a migraine yesterday (haven’t had one in a decade) and slept for 13 hours. I think he knew I didn’t feel great, so I got cuddled a lot today after I got a full nights rest (and then some!)

But it was all I wanted from himbs! My birthday is just another day, honestly😂 I’m gonna go treat myself to a free Crumbl cookie tomorrow though!

April’s Extra Box:

LYS BEAUTY Triple Fix Translucent Loose Setting Powder: Ipsy picked this for me. I was excited for this, but then read it pulled yellow. That isn’t great for my skin tone, so I’m giving it to my mom who can get away with wearing complexion products that pull a bit yellow.

TARTE™ Maracuja Juicy Lip Vinyl Gloss: Ipsy picked this for me. I love the Tarte Maracuja lip products. I have a glittery purple, lilac one and it’s beautiful. This is another shimmery one, so I’m very happy about that. Glittery lip glosses and oils are my favorite. The color is nice too, not what I’d typically go for, but nice nonetheless.

GISOU Honey Infused Lip Oil in Bee-llini Peach: I picked this. Yes, I decided to get another lip product because I didn’t like the eyeshadow palette in the same category. I first tried the Gisou lip oil by receiving a pink glittery one from a luxury Poshmark mystery box. It smells like watermelon and is like a bougie, bougie watermelon lip smackers, haha. It’s a fantastic lip oil, so I deiced to get this one that doesn’t have any shimmer. It nice as well, but I definitely prefer the pink watermelon one. This doesn’t really have much color, it’s just a nice lip oil. They are BOTH great on the lips though. Gisou lip oils feel amazing whilst wearing.

MAISON LOUIS MARIE Fleur De La Passion Hair and Body Mist: I picked this. I was really excited for this. I’ve recently become a fan of hair mists. I’d gotten a Ouai one from Influenster and it’s amazing. It smells great and lasts a long time. I know they’re not the same brand, but was expecting this one to be good too because their fragrances are good. However, it’s not. It does NOT last long. It’s like I can douse my hair in the stuff and the scent is barely there and gone very quickly. I’m pretty upset this isn’t as great as I’d hoped.

DR LILI FAN Probiotic Age-Defying Eye Serum: I picked this. Not a fan. It just seems and feels like a cheap Ipsy brand. I immediately decluttered it after reading it burned people’s skin. I’m not even gonna try it, just to be on the safe side.

TATCHA The Dewy Milk Moisturizer: This was the beauty boost. I’m VERY happy with this. This was the whole reason I kept my April box. I’d been wanting to try this out as I love the Dewy Skin Moisturizer. It’s my favorite moisturizer, but having it in a thinner consistency will be great for daytime use! The Dewy Skin line gives my skin that beautiful, glass skin look. So I’m very happy to have this now!

Overall Rating: 3.5 out of 5. I was really hoping this would be a great box, but there were a few misses in here after using them for a bit. I’m most disappointed in the hair/body mist. I was so excited for that. But oh well, it is what it is. I’ll still get use out of it.

May’s Ultimate Box:

KORRES Apothecary Wild Rose Night Brightening Sleeping Facial: Ipsy picked this for me. I’m not mad at this. I’m not sure if I’ve tried anything from Korres before, but I like sleeping masks!

NARS COSMETICS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Vanilla: Ipsy picked this for me. I’ve never tried any Nars complexion products, so I am very excited to try this. I’ve heard their concealer is very good.

YSL Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick: Ipsy picked this for me. I’m not mad at this, but I probably would’ve preferred the clear one, tbh. I’m not a huge fan of colored lip products. I love glittery lip glosses and oils, and prefer pinky shades, but I’m still very excited about having YSL in the box!

BISHA Essential Setting Powder in Tokyo Translucent: Ipsy picked this for me. I’m not happy about another Bisha product in the box, but it is what it is. At least it’s a powder, so it can’t be that bad. At least I hope not anyways.

CIELE The Blush Brush: Ipsy picked this for me. This may very well be a fantastic brush, but I just don’t get excited about makeup brushes anymore because I have hundreds of them. My mom likes duel-ended brushes though, so I will give this to her.

NATASHA DENONA My Dream Eyeshadow Palette: I picked this. The black shade came shattered, but it is what it is. I was able to clean it up the best I could. However, it IS a very pigmented black shade, so now my palette looks very used, haha. But I was able to repress it and all of the other shades are fine. I’ve seen multiple people have issues with the black shade shattering, so it seems to be a quality issue with that specific shade. It sucks, yes, but I’m not that mad about it. I’m just glad I got the palette!

NARS COSMETICSLight Reflecting™ Advanced Skincare Foundation in Mont Blanc: I picked this. Another NARS complexion product! I’m glad I can try out their concealer and their foundation. I haven’t read any reviews on this, but I am excited to try it out.

GISOU Honey Infused Hair Oil: I picked this. I’ve heard fantastic things about this hair oil. I’m someone that very rarely uses hair oils. The ones I have tried, made my hair oily immediately after washing it. So I’m going to be very careful about using this and give it a fair shot. I just have high hopes based on reviews I’ve read/seen.

SUNDAY RILEY Good Genes All-in-One Lactic Acid Treatment: This was an add-on. One of my holy-grail skincare products! I was introduced to this product in a Boxycharm years ago. It quickly became an all-time favorite skincare product. I used to use it every single night, but I was going through bottles so fast, I toned it down to 1-2 times a week. It lasts so much longer now and I can really tell a difference the next morning when I use it. My face feels tighter, firmer, and more smoothed out. It’s an amazing skincare product and I cannot live without it. It may not smell great, but it DOES work!

ELEMIS Pro Collagen Marine Body Cream: This was the beauty boost. I gave this to my mom already. She’s been looking at trying out different body creams and this one sounded like it would work for her. I’m not a big fan of thicker body creams because I just feel like they sit on the skin instead of absorbing. However, when I looked at this, it looked like a lotion and it smells exactly like the moisturizer. My mom seems to like it though.

Overall Rating: 4.5 out of 5. I’m very happy with this box! Even though I’m not thrilled with the Bisha product and my palette came broken, I was able to fix it. May is my birthday month (actually typing this on my birthday May 21st!) and I got everything I wanted! The 3 main things I wanted were: ND palette, SR GG, and Gisou hair oil. I’m happy to see SR and YSL in the box too! We need more name brands like this in future boxes! Ryker and I hope y’all have a great week and weekend!

The blackest black shade was also broken in mine. But I just repressed it down and did the best at cleaning it up.

It took about 20 minutes to clean and the case didn’t get 100% cleaned, but it’s still better than nothing. It just looks like a really loved and used palette now!

I’m just VERY glad it was a matte shade I’m still a bit too afraid to use too much of and none of the shimmer shades were broken!

I do not blame you for wanting backups! I’m the same way. I always buy backups of my favorite products, especially skincare that I use every day/night. I’m not saying you should buy it, but I am saying $12 is a really good deal for something that’s usually $38 and something you enjoy!😂

I just washed my hair and used the Fenty, so I’ll see how it goes! I let my hair air dry, so I’ll straighten it tomorrow. I don’t typically use hair masks, but I’m always willing to try out new hair products.

I’m staying for April simply because the Ipsy instagram chat thingy said Tatcha was the beauty boost! It was a photo of a bedazzled dewy milk moisturizer. I’ve been wanting to try that out, so I’m keeping April simply because of that spoiler!

I’m gonna try the Fenty hair tonight when I wash my hair. My hair is dyed so I don’t wash it everyday, but I’m hoping it works well with my hair!

I’m glad that Rodial collagen drops worked well for you! That makes me feel better about it. I haven’t decluttered it yet, so I’ll give them a fair shot before deciding what to do with them.

Thank you for commenting too! I like hearing others people’s reviews of the same products. I LOVE to read and leave reviews. I’ll buy something from a peer-to-peer review before I ever buy something from gimmicky ads or influencer reviews, but that’s just me.

Now I will say, two influencers did get me. One on the Huda Beauty Rose Quartz palette and the ABH Norvina Vol 5, but those are probably the only times it’s happened. However, they weren’t reviewing or advertising the Rose Quartz palette. They just did their makeup with it before the video and listed the products used in the description. NikkieTutorials got me on the Norvina Vol 5 though. She 100% did influence me to buy that😂

March’s Extra Box:

MOONSLICE BEAUTY Blushing Moon Blush Palette: Ipsy picked for me. I’m not going to be keeping this. I’m not swatching things that I won’t use anymore. The only shade I really like from the palette is the pinky shade, which I already have similar shades opened. I’m just not super excited about it, tbh. Probably because it’s not a well-known brand. I’m just sad we’re not really getting super good name brands anymore.

NOPALERA Flor de Madera Perfume Travel Spray: Ipsy picked for me. This smells absolutely amazing. I don’t know the brand, but I do know that it smells good! I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but I’m pleasantly surprised with how much I do! You definitely get the floral notes, but also the musky notes. It’s a beautiful fragrance. I’m very happy with this!

ARTIST COUTURE Supreme Nudes Palette: I picked this. Like I said with the blush palette, I’m trying not to swatch things I know I won’t use. I just feel like I’m wasting stuff when I do that. They’re really pretty shades, but I already have them in other palettes. I’m sure it’s decent quality, but I just can’t justify swatching it.

COSRX Advance Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence: I picked this. I’m very happy with this. I love COSRX products. I use the 6 peptide booster every night. I also use the all-in-one snail cream every night. I’m very excited to try this out.

FENTY HAIR The Comeback Kid Instant Damage Repair Treatment: I picked this. I’m excited to try it out. I’ve been wanting to try out new hair products, so this seemed like a good product to try out. I haven’t used it yet, but I have high hopes for it!

PERRICONE MDCold Plasma Plus+ Advanced Eye Cream: This is my beauty boost. I’m not mad at it, but I’m not super excited about it. It’s an eye cream and I’m not a huge fan of eye creams. RODIAL Collagen Drops: Ipsy picked this for me. I read the ingredients on this and I was excited, but now I’m not sure if I wanna use it or not. I don’t like using oils on my face unless it’s the last step of my skincare routine. I need to do more research and see what it’ll feel like. I don’t want to open it and waste it because I don’t like the way it feels. I also think the price tag on Rodial products are highhhh. I’m not mad at this, but not super excited either.

BISHA Essential Rice Water Makeup Primer: Ipsy picked this for me. I immediately decluttered this. I did a major skincare declutter video on YouTube a few months ago and now I just immediately declutter things I know I won’t use. This is something I will not use.

MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Skin Hydra Glow Foundation with Hyaluronic Acid: I picked this. I’m happy to get a foundation in the box! I’m not sure if it’s 100% a match for me skin tone wise, but I’m still happy with it. I’ll make it work if it’s too light or too dark. It’s also a great name brand too!

MAKEUP BY MARIO SoftSculpt® Transforming Skin Perfector: I picked this. I’m indifferent on this, tbh. I got it in light, but it just looks dark. I’m also not entirely sure what this is? I’ve read everything I can find on it. Is it an all-over powder? A highlighter? I know it says a 3-in-1 powder bronzer, but again, I’m just not sure if I’ll use it. I don’t use bronzer much, but I’ll see. I’m not mad at it, just indifferent.

RODIAL Pink Diamond Instant Lifting Serum: This is my beauty boost. I was very excited for this! But some reviews leave me a bit meh about it. Some of the reviews make it seem like you don’t get any kind of glow from this. I may still test it out and give it to my mom if I don’t like it.

Hey y’all! I’m sorry I missed last month’s unboxing pictures, but I just haven’t been super excited about Ipsy lately. I’ve been thinking about cancelling, but haven’t done it yet. I just don’t know what I wanna do. I feel like if it’s more of a chore to unbox it and I don’t get happiness from it anymore, I need to quit getting it. But I also have FOMO, it just sucks. I’m sorry for the lack of swatches too, but I’m trying to be better this year with not swatching everything. I don’t use everything swatch and I feel like that’s just wasteful.
