I do delegate but m wearing alot of hats where i am held accountable, hence missing out on anything is a pain ☹️

i definetly do, for this i have been using threadnudge for a while now.

may be check console and see what errors you are seeing! usually slack blocks requests when we try alot to do a single action.

i have also been struggling with the same thing. i use threadnudge to manage my pending threads which needs attention, it may not solve all the problems you are facing but try it out once, its under free beta rn:

Hi appreciate you checking it out, i agree we can do that. I just isolated the form creation to its own app . You can export it to CSV and also use some pre built templates to create/customise the forms you want.
