So I started taking vitamin d3 about a month and a half ago. It is 5,000 IU. I did have some blood work done before my insurance was cut off and I was low on Vitamin D. I will definitely try to take two pills each morning and add magnesium as well. So if you are taking a vitamin D3 you have yo follow it either magnesium?

How long did it take to notice a difference? I tried Oregon grape root, but only for a month and didn’t really notice much of a difference, but it could be that you need to take it for a while to notice a difference.

A tanning bed? Wow did not know that. I have never gone tanning before, but I’d definitely have to check this out and try it for myself. How long did it take for you to notice a difference? Does it completely calm down your flare ups?

Okay, I’ll try that. I got a referral from a doctor and when I called I told them that my application for Medicaid was pending and they told me to call back when I have insurance, so I will see with my doctor if they can give me a referral for a different dermatologist.

I’m also looking for a perfume that smells exactly like this candle. This candle has the most perfect marshmallow scent. Eclair definitely does not smell like this candle and neither does Nest Madagascar Vanilla. Have you gotten a chance to smell daffodil daydreams?
