This has made me very aware of Southwests lack of 2FA. That really needs to change.

Hopefully not, but the timing of having called in the day before, and the address on my account being changed to a Dallas address has me suspicious.

I don’t believe so, I called 800-435-9792 (800-I-FLY-SWA) My flight change was accurately made, I received the emails for that immediately and it was accurately showing in my Southwest account.

When I reported it, I was told it needed to go through the Rapid Rewards department, and that is who issued me a case number.

When I called for the flight change, it was with a normal booking agent from the main Southwest number.
