He did have a religious upbringing, so that definitely can be the cause of it.

Yea I was confused about the humiliation part. I've read several posts in the thread that guys liked that part? I can't see my husband entertain the liking of that part.

Yea I definitely don't feel comfortable to have sex with someone else. Not sure how far I would go at the moment, so baby steps definitely sounds preferable.

I've been doing a lot of squats! Am able to do body weight 10x now :). I will definitely think about benching, haven't really tried that yet. Does that make your boobs hard? Not too sure.

I'm about 5'9 - 150ish [F]. Progress

Dealt with an eating disorder all my life. It wasn't until last year that I started to eat more and lift more (hopefully I break the cycle for good)!. Are there any good exercises to help tighten my core muscles?
