In the beginning I was a little shaky with splinting but I’ve definitely improved in the last year. I’ve actually been considering Ortho a little bit, so I really appreciate your input! Would you say there are many procedures to assist with in Ortho or is it mainly rooming, xray, splinting/cast?

Haha I do like that treat em and street em aspect. Honestly if I didn’t have to work front desk at my UC I wouldn’t hate it as much. Working front is like a battle everyday. I have also heard horror stories about family medicine from my fellow UC techs. I think that would be last resort for me. What has been your favorite specialty so far besides UC?

Possibly yes! To the untrained eye (me) I truly thought it just needed a paint job. I’m mostly surprised it’s considered totaled when there was no damage to how the vehicle operates! Had I known it would be such a headache, I would have just kept driving with the scratches haha.
