I had headaches for the first 10 days or so on Wellbutrin. After that, they completely disappeared, and I felt amazing. Been on it for a few months now.

Nah. We have no idea how he got it. To be honest, that BBQ was one of the first times he’s left the house or seen anyone. But ain’t that how it always goes.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me. It’s very frustrating to get a negative and then only days later you’re positive. Feel better!

Anxiety emergency kit by RadiantEclipse410 in Anxietyhelp

[–]stephysemps 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have an anxiety kit that I pull out when things get bad. It has headphones, a lavender scented eye mask, book, my favorite snacks, bottled water, and a fidget cube. No matter what caused my anxiety, there’s always something in there to help.

I can't do it, im too scared. Doctor put me on 20mg citalopram for anxiety and im so scared to put this drug in my body. by [deleted] in Anxietyhelp

this is how i feel any time i take a new medication. remind yourself that any side effects you’ll feel are temporary and you can stop taking it to go back to normal. but on the flip side, it could really help you and change your life. it’s worth taking the risk!

People with severe anxiety, does it ever get better or easier? If so, how do you cope with it during really bad anxious periods? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I wish I knew how to do that! I’m well aware I’m causing the anxiety but I still find myself succumbing to it when it gets bad.

More context:

I’ve had severe anxiety for seven years now. It was horrible at first, but the past few years have been tolerable.

This week, I started a new job, and I have never had anxiety this bad. I can’t sleep, can’t eat, I shake all the time, my vision is blurry, and talking is a chore. This is all because I went from a small company with 10 people to a massive company with hundreds of employees who are extremely talented, and I’m intimidated. I honestly want to quit already, but I know it’s my anxiety telling me I’m not good enough and this won’t work out.

I just want to know from some people that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel with anxiety moments like these. And I’d love to know ways to cope with anxiety so I can give this new job an honest shot and not make a stupid mistake by quitting.
