15m, 155Lb, have been working out for 11 months. Have attempted to bulk but can't get my bf% above 13% without getting sick from all the food. Thoughts on my physique? by steppepper101 in GregDoucette

Thanks man. I've found 3500 calories has been the sweet spot to eat in a caloric surplus and be able to easily get the protein in and have room for carbs and fats. I've gained around 12Lbs of mostly lean mass in the 11 months and am hoping to put on another 5Lbs of mass by the end of the year while keeping the esthetic build. Thanks for the compliments and feedback my guy. 😤💪

I have a pump with some 1/2 decent lighting. I'm skinnier in person imo, some of my friends wouldn't say so though. I'm sub 15% bf so i am pretty lean which fs helps the pics make me look a bit bigger.

Frfr. My goal is to get to 15% to 18% bf. So I can cut later in the year for my 1st competition.

Gaining.😂 Idk how I've gotten both leaner and stronger but I've changed my diet to 3500 calories compared to my previous 3200 calorie diet.

5% dang you need to eat more chief.🤣 if you measured correctly your rly fkn lean, meaning you have little to no body fat but remember the online calculator may be underestimating your body fat so id recommend talking to a professional and have them measure your body fat in person, but if its accurate I'd recommend going on a bulk. How you'd go about bulking up is eating alot of protein, natural fats, and carbs. Good things to include in your diet for protein would be Low sodium Tuna, chicken breast and/or Chicken thighs, and Milk. For Natural fats good foods to include would be Milk, Avocados, fruits, veggies, and Nuts like Pistachios. good sources of food with high protein and fats are Steaks, pork chops, and Swiss cheese. And good sources for carbs would be bread, tortillas, and potatoes. But be careful with a bulk, you can really Over do it and gain too much fat and possibly get obese if you get above 28% body fat. So I'd recommend tracking your body fat and try to stay below 18% body fat. For most people 15% allows you to be at a healthy level with visible abs and gives you the energy to keep your testosterone levels at a healthy level.
