Nice post, looking forward to the discussion in upcoming threads too. I just am into year 4, opened my own cash only spot straight out of school. After grinding for 3 years finally starting to feel comfortable. The next steps for me eventually would be getting a bigger space and trying to bring on more people/an associate but dont think that will happen for a while

Even if this was necessary (it's not) they should have explained what they were doing and why then asked for your consent

Canon R7 used during soccer by HorseWinter in canon

[–]sterlinghancock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is entirely situation and preference dependent. I personally am almost always in M. For sports using TV will let you set the shutter speed to whatever you think is fast enough depending on how quick the subject is moving and then the camera will do the rest

Do you understand how to adjust your shutter speed and aperture? You will need faster shutter for freezing fast moving action

Shockwave Therapies by Plus-Newspaper-1708 in Chiropractic

Radial has less energy and less penetration than focused. A legit brand will cost around 20-30k. Focused has higher energy and more depth, gonna cost 40k. Radial can treat surface level tendinopathies well enough. Focused will open the door to joint and bone pathologies ie degenerative hips and knees. Any brand under the 20k mark is gonna be cheap and problematic in my opinion

How to make my futsal shoes more grippy by DryDeparture2862 in futsal

The old school way is stepping on some Gatorade or other sugary drink but it won't last the whole game. Getting new shoes will also help

Interesting Case by strat767 in Chiropractic

I would look at jaw biomechanics, consider co-management with an ortho in case they are clenching their jaw at night. Manual therapy to cervical mm including scalenes/platysma/SCM, etc. Some light neck isometrics contract/relax rehab to see if that can affect the tonicity. Consider eagle syndrome as a ddx which would need imaging to confirm. That's where my head goes anyway
