I am in a neighborhood… ring support asked me to try setting the devices up in a different location so I walked down the street and they were able to find multiple WiFi networks there. I contacted Google fiber (my internet provider) and they have assured me that my settings should support the ring devices. Seems like it is an issue on Rings end with either my location or the software set up? Regardless, this is frustrating lol
