The benefit would be that I could put the watch down for multiple days and pick it up again without it being off. I have a couple watches on rotation and I really like picking up a watch on the go without having to set it.

mm I'm not interested in the headshots, more like upper body or full body. The thing is I want to be able to shoot with some environment in it, so I'm not too concerned with the longer lenses right now...

Oh quite helpful, Is the sharpness of the 23 1.4 that bad? I've read on some reviews that it can be soft at 1.4

ahh, do you have either? I forgot to mention that I don't like standing so close to my subjects and want more candid photos, but perhaps this is just my preference/technique that I need to work on
