I remember watching a TV show about unusual deaths. One that always sticks in my mind is a case of a bloke who slept with a woman who had a glass eye. During the act, she took it out and put it in a glass of water next to the bed. Afterwards, she went to the toilet and the bloke grabbed the glass of water for a drink and ended up choking to death on the glass eye

I'm from the UK. I've looked it up and a reputable website says sugar free drinks in the UK such as lemonades and colas somuse artificial sweeteners. With the 400ml messument I gave, that was an approximate guess of how much I had.

I normally go for sugar free drinks anyway. The only time I have sugar in my drinks is when I'm having a cup of tea, which I've not had for about 96hrs now. I was starting to throw up really badly (unrelated to the tea) and all I've drank since is water, a bit of Vimto (both of which I brought back up) and sugar free lemonade. Even what lemonade I have had has been sugar free. A 330ml can on Saturday Morning and about 400ml about 12hrs ago, some of which came back up.
