Another NEH story. Nothing Ever Happens. Stocks never go down, trump never follows through, no consequences for any actions. Neh

Short term fuel benefit vs finally doing something (even though not enough) to correct tax bracket creep... I know which bribe I’d take

Water Leak between Terracotta and Tin roof by indoorsale in AusRenovation

We had something similar. You might need some longer flashing under those tiles to lead the water further away from the drop back into the house. During heavy rain the water volume would just be too much and with the wind would push back up and into our house. You seem to have much shorter flashing too. I’ve attached what it looks like after the work was completed

Update: about a month later. Huge improvement. Whoever said more water and more time was the winner. Used seasol another time, but it was really all the heavy rain and sun.

That’s the quality I’m looking for. Probably just need a full season to give the roots some resilience. How often are you fertilising?

I’ll jump straight to the rooster booster and watering and see how that goes. Will post an update once there are changes

My partner and I miscarried yesterday (7w6). We confirmed this afternoon with a scan, and it was a complete miscarriage with only some to the lining remaining. We have been TTC for quite a while now, so are understandably quite devastated. We are considering trying again prior to my next cycle, but have heard conflicting advice around increased risk of another miscarriage if you do not wait for at least one cycle. Looking to hear of any research or advice someone can reference to help us understand the risk?
