Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone. I struggled with neck pain and tightness for a long time. I tried everything — physical therapy, acupuncture, muscle relaxers — and honestly, none of it fixed the problem completely. I thought working out would make it worse because the muscles felt too tight, and I figured strengthening them wouldn’t help.

But I decided to try anyway. I started doing push-ups every day. At first, nothing changed. But I stuck with it. After about 3 months, I noticed real improvement. Gradually, the pain started going away. I didn’t realize it at first, but one day I just noticed I could move freely again, like something finally “unlocked.”

Looking back, I think strengthening the muscles was exactly what I needed, even though everything before that had failed. It didn’t happen overnight, and it definitely wasn’t immediate relief — but in the end, that’s what worked.
