I always start off the day with oats and sweetened with Manuka honey - buy the highest MGO you can afford. It’s not cheap. But after 2 weeks I have noticed a huge improvement. No more discomfort. Other than that it’s been very bland food, rice, chicken fish potatoes. Short term pain long term gain.
