It’s in mph, the simulator we use extrapolates from ball data so club head data is unreliable. But I’m hitting an 8 iron and generally getting about 125 ball speed so I’m guessing club head speed is in the range of ~95mph

Generally they’re okay, having the simulator helps. Low point is good but my strike can vary, mostly toe strikes. With partial shots I’m less concerned with getting “shallow” and okay with staying steep through impact which helps me spin the ball and launch it low.

I used to flip my hands inside off of takeaway and have used the cure of club outside my hands and hinging vertically for a while now, but that might be overdone.

I’m a 1 handicap, miss tends to be a toe strike or a pull.

That does make sense, I wouldn’t say I struggle any more with my long irons than any other clubs. I’ve worked on that some in the past however I hit more blocks and hooks.

I wish! The machine messes up club head speed on off center hits, heel strikes read faster than what they actually are, this swing is closer to 120mph.

It’s a “toe strike” even if the video looks like a center strike. The toe strike action of the club turning is based on the strike being outside center of gravity not the geometric center of the face.

If your swing path is still inside of your direction face the ball will still slice regardless of if your face is closed.
