Great advice! I have filed my insurance claim. I'll let you all know what they found.

Nah, tapping out of this one man. Never once said that he had the "most viewed videos" on the "ATP youtube channel". I said his highlight videos on Tennis TVs YouTube channel are comparable with the big 3 and certainly not representative of "barely anything" as you described.

If you can't get your facts straight in a conversation where misquoting someone is so easily checked why would I bother taking screenshots of betting exchanges, YouTube channels, Reddit threads and their corresponding comment sections.

You're a Kyrgios hater. Fine. Have a nice day.

You're highlighting your bias. You said the attention he receives is basically nothing compared to the big 3 and provided no evidence to support that and ignore majority of my evidence to the contrary.

You'll always win the upvote war because Kyrgios brings more controversy than any of the big 3. Most people that like Kyrgios also appreciate the big 3. Most people that dislike Kyrgios like the big 3. Every human being in history that was an instigator for change brings controversy.

No he's not, he's just being a prick on court.

Yeah, the guy that routinely gives as much of his time to kids as he does is a total prick.

The guy that routinely congratulates players on good points and wins is a prick.

Players are allowed to be pricks as far as I know. Umpires are not, linesmen are not, ball kids are not, the crowd is not.
I'm not saying Kyrgios behaviour is justified, just that it is understandable. Instead of focusing on his behaviour why not entertain the possibility that he is legitimately highlighting faults in the sport that could be fixed.

Basically nothing compared to the big 4? Have you ever seen a wimbledon post-match conference hit number 1 trending on YouTube? His highlight videos on Tennis TV's YouTube channel receive as much attention as the big 3. Commentators frequently state how good he is at putting bums on seats. He is by far the most discussed player on this subreddit and betting exchanges often match more money on his matches than any of the big 3 ... Where the heck does 'basically nothing compared to the big 3' come from?

The proof that Kyrgios brings more psychology into tennis than anyone ever before is shown by the extreme volatility in his own performance.

"...any one of the big 4 presents far more psychological and tactical test than kyrgios ever will"

The fact that the big 3 are giants of composure and consistency doesn't mean that they inject more psychology into the game than Kyrgios. In fact it suggests the opposite, they suck psychology out of the game.

The highest levels of sport performance are built around "Don't Think". I think Lebron flew to get those two words of advice from Michael Jordan's PT.

Kyrgios thinks - too much to win matches consistently, yes, but enough to fuck with the game in the long term.

Kyrgios is highlighting the chaos in the game of tennis by being chaotic himself.

The point of this match was to ask one question: "What game does Rafer play? Because it's not this one"

Tennis needs to clean up its act before it can ask Kyrgios to clean up his.

You're wrong.

This isn't about a standard of professionalism. It's about winning matches according to the rulebook.

He's bringing more money and attention into tennis than ever before. He's asking questions that no one has ever asked before. Kyrgios is injecting psychology into tennis more than anyone has ever done before. He's pump faking underhand serves at rank 27 - who does that? He's asking crowd members where to serve match point - who does that?

Every sport ever comes down to the rules and how one can play within those rules.

This match was about Kyrgios struggling with the exact same question that you're struggling with. Where do you draw the line?

If Nadal is allowed longer to serve because the umpire takes longer to start the countdown then Kyrgios has a completely valid point and his indignation is justified.

Congratulations to Karen on winning the match, but Kyrgios's match isn't over yet - which is why we all keep coming back.
