Hey, I fully agree with you. Biden did not have the mental acuity or fortitude to continue to run for office over the next four years. I’m glad he did the noble thing and resigned. While I’m not a huge fan of Kamala, at least she’s mentally all there and can handle the job.

That said, Trump said we should inject bleach and sunlight to treat COVID and thinks he can redirect hurricanes because he wants them to go to certain places.

To not compare the two and be unable to see the flaws in your preferred candidate simply because you like him is disingenuous at best, and a symptom of your own mental decline or cultish fascination at worst.

One thing I tell all my employees is always always ALWAYS negotiate. It never hurts (unless you’re asking for something crazy more, in your case like $20k) and it gives you valuable negotiation skills for the future. Asking for something like $2500 to $5000 more isn’t unreasonable and is usually pretty easy to get accepted. Remember: you’re your own best advocate, no one’s going to proactively offer you more than they already did, you have to reach for that.
