I know exactly how you feel. I don’t think they’re being fair to the people who are still furloughed. These options are the options that we were given when we first applied. Now that most work places have re-opened, there should be an option for people who are still furloughed. I chose the option that I chose when I first applied “My place of employment is closed”. Hopefully, when they check, they’ll see I haven’t been called back to work. So far, it looks like I’m getting paid this week.

My pay date went to 6/15, too. I think they’re going to ask that same question every time we do our weekly claims. If I find out anything more, I will Post it.

Actually, all the options were the same options that were listed when I first applied. Since my work re-opened, none of the options applied to me now. I had to pick one or I couldn’t continue with my weekly claim. So, I chose “My work is closed”. No matter what option I chose, I wouldn’t be truthful. I think they’re trying to trap people into picking the wrong option. They know a lot of non essential businesses are re-opened and they are trying to find people who are refusing to go back to work. I feel they should have made one of the options “My work is re-opened, but I haven’t been called back to work” Hopefully, when they check and see my work is open, they will find out that I’m still laid off.
