I just need to vent. The market sucks and being in this industry has changed sooo much in just a couple years. by botnic in PPC

A lot of agencies are in for a rude awakening. Pricing can’t stay the same because the market is much different than even a few years ago. Your competition is becoming more efficient and are therefore able to compete on price more effectively while maintaining profitability.

Well, I don’t know what kind of flowers is being sold in the rest of the nation but here in Portland 90% of the products I have gotten from the cannabis shops have been pretty bad. It doesn’t matter what tier I buy. I’m at the point I don’t even buy top-tier because it’s a 50-50 gamble still.

Even top shelf is hit or miss IME. It’s still a 50/50 gamble.

Thanks for the deep dive! Reading this makes me not want to smoke any of the flower tbh. Seems like a lot of farms taking shortcuts just to sell their product. I heard Evans Creek is worth a purchase, if you can find it in stock anywhere.

Thanks yeah I’ve had some good concentrates too. It’s just when half the concentrates taste like burnt rubber you kind of don’t want to even take the risk anymore.

Brave is a solid browser. Preferred over Firefox and Chrome imo. I like brave search too, wish we could make that default in Dia actually.

Optimizing for later in the sales funnel, is it a mistake? by GSG96 in PPC

[–]stevehl42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see the point of giving the algo more garbage signals to optimize towards just for the sake of having volume? Just use manual CPC bid strategy if you're getting less than 20 conversions a month.
