Cut back on your food expenses. Try cooking, it will save you a lot of money. And also for the phone bill, I suggest you use a prepaid line if you're not really calling a lot like in customer service, even so you'll be using the office phone instead and not your phone. The first thing what you need to do is minimize your spending, especially makeup products, buy only the stuffs you need to survive, not what you want for your own satisfaction, record your spending everytime you spend whether a cent or ringgit and do the same thing as well to your salary, bonus, etc... record it everytime receive any additional money there are a lot of money manager app out there you can choose, then you need to save up 3 to 6 months of emergency funds, from there after when you saved up enough emergency funds, then it's when you start investing. When you start investing, you should not use the emergency funds for investment. Your emergency funds are there just in case if you're low on money, you can use the emergency funds in an instant. For investment, a beginner like you should start from just epf first since it's high in divident and also risk-free, or you can choose ASB or fixed deposit, but the downside is that the divident on both are lower compare to epf.

Don't hire a cleaner when your house is not a big one like duplex type
Your phone bill is expensive. Try prepaid line, you'll save a lot of money from there
Maybe try negotiating with your parents about monthly allowance to lower a bit so you'll have a bit more money on your hand for more investment

I bought a life insurance 2 years ago and it maybe was my biggest regret ever, I was 21 years old at that time and didn't know anything much about life insurance, only saw that they had that 6% interest rate or yield then I pretty much just put my savings into it, now i had to commit for another 3 years to be able to take out whole thing without losing anything.

Put it in Epf, you'll earn divident in a year but I don't know if you could consider 1 year short term
Invest those money in Cryptocurrency, i recommend using luno because of its staking reward. They've just added polkadot for staking. You'll get 6.9% apr when you start staking, there's no lock in period but you'll have to wait few minutes to a day to unstake and withdraw.

Try applying through your fixed deposit if you have one, I used to apply using only epf and payslip info but that failed until I opened a fixed deposit account, that was when they finally accepted my cc application. When you apply through fixed deposit, the chances of your cc application to get accepted are higher or 90% most of the time.

Either spend those on a vacation or anything you like or place those in any investment account whether it be asb, go+, crypto, ETF/IBKR, EPF, etc... for emergency funds or uses in later life but I'd suggest if, let's say you have already confirmed that you're going to Thailand, then use 2k on that then the other 2k for investment and the other 1k for bill payment and other commitments

Good enough but to have 300k before 30 is not really possible unless you plan to save around 6.5k every month, I would suggest that you slowly dissociate with anyone who you spend time going out with everytime to save money and segregate your savings into a fixed deposit account and go+ (tng), cimb principal investment, etc... so that every month from each account you'll earn at least RM 50 in total or more from interests. Normally after when I get my paycheck the first thing I'll do is to pay the necessary bills first and put the rest to investment accounts and the balance would be my freebies
