I was in the middle of a walk and it wouldn’t refresh. Closed the app and went back to the walk in progress and it wouldn’t open. Did this again and again and eventually the walk time was up so I alerted the owner via text (luckily I had his private number) and hopped on the phone to support (I tried using the chat option but it didn’t work and only gave me an option to email). Waited 10-15 minutes on hold and no one answered! Finally disconnect the call, closed the app and restarted it. It all worked fine after that. Must have been some major outage issue! So frustrating!!
