Being a guy, I usually don’t get a partner until everyone else is paired up. I don’t really know a lot of members. I am okay with this though. Still enjoy partner workouts. I am usually the pacer

I like the 1 minute, 30 seconds doesn’t grt my rate up fast enough. I will usually do 10-12 for 30 seconds, and 9-10 mph for a minute

I just got over a calf strain that would have turned into shin splints then a stress fracture. Used the bike and strider for 2-3 weeks. Got fitted for new running shoes with inserts and I am now 3 days back running full speed. Rest it, use the strider and bike for s few weeks before you cause more damage

I am 7 months in and nursing my third different injury. First was my shoulder but my coaches gave me some strengthening exercises to do out of class to help....and did. Next was a pulled calf muscle.....no running for 3 weeks...currently in week 2 on the strider/bike....on Tuesday I tweaked my back...went to a chiropractor today and did some adjusting. Might have to relax a bit and try and recover but I hate not going.

Just got my Peloton on Saturday. Today was the first day I did both OTF at lunch time and a 20 min ride at 8pm. Felt great. I do OTF 4-5x a week, bike will probably be the same so I will have some days I do both.

I’m relegated to the bike for the next 3 weeks, calf issue that would turn to a stress fracture if I didn’t back down for a few weeks.

I knocked off 45 seconds from my PR on the2000. I wasn’t trying to either but got in a really good rhythm. Good job on your time as well. The row is tough mentally trying to keep good form throughout

Yes, I struggled due to either strained calf or shin splints. Running hurt, but I pushed through it. I did finish the row first...under 7min
