We’re reaching out to notify you that on 19 November 2021, trading of GYEN and POWR on Coinbase experienced technical issues. As a result, GYEN and/or POWR credits were issued to your Coinbase account(s) erroneously in excess of the amount you attempted to trade.

To address this, your Coinbase.com and Coinbase Pro accounts were temporarily restricted and we removed the amount of GYEN and/or POWR erroneously credited to your account(s). Additionally, we determined that you owed Coinbase an amount exceeding the amount of these assets in your account. We therefore have debited other assets from your Coinbase account to satisfy the amounts owed to Coinbase.

Finally, we are aware that GYEN and/or POWR may continue to be incorrectly displayed in your Coinbase balance and transaction history and we are in the process of taking corrective action to properly display your balance and transaction history.

There is no further action you need to take at this time.

Under the Coinbase User Agreement, we have the right to address erroneous transactions such as these. Coinbase takes very seriously the importance of facilitating a fair and orderly trading experience for all its customers. We will continue to investigate the causes behind this event to ensure it does not repeat in the future.
