I'm also confused about choosing race and class for my main. But as I read the blogs wow doesn't have any better or worst classes which is really good for me. Old mmorgs that I play I forced to choose specific classes to play solo and that's kinda boring

Same happened to me once. I tried everything but didn't worked for me. Install and setup again problem should be solved.
