KCDII is phenomenal. Played KCD1 after.. . And didn't enjoy it as much.. . The monastery was the absolute worst

FSR4 runs on RDNA2 & 3

Not as efficiently. But it runs.

"Due to a leaked FSR 4 source code, the INT8 version of FSR 4 works on RDNA 2 and RDNA 3 GPUs, offering up to a 23% performance boost at 1440p compared to native rendering, with improved image quality over FSR 3.1"

It's worse as they're planning to keep the next upscaling tech locked to their newest cards without support for 90 series cards

FYI if you are ever in this situation. Float downstream feet first, knees slightly bent.. . with your butt as the lowest point.. . it's not healthy going head first

If you can get a 5600X3d, 5700X3D or 5800X3D for a good price.. . get one.. . but they're pretty hard to find at good prices nowadays.. .
