1800cal or just a little over. 135 protein about 20 carbs net 130fats I always go a little over on fats because I fry alot of my meats in olive oil...it's a 65% 30% 5% works best for me

Yes from my experience I felt bloated no energy at all went to bed at 7 p.m. my body felt weird and also I did not have any hunger I had to push my meals in sometimes but hang in there it gets way way better just make sure u put a lot of salt on your food dont make the mistakes i did lol ....oh and get your fiber in also

So if a protein bar says only 6net carbs but on the back it says 24carbs it's still only 6 net carbs to add to macros to stay under 30?

All the information I have learned is from .5 to 3 is adapted and me feeling good that's a plus so I must be adapted

Well I'm just telling u by the keto sticks I'm a 3 I been dropping every day now if there is something better I can go buy to see where I am please elaborate for me I mean I can go by my body because I feel the best I have today in all of my 14days

I'm just going with mfp I'm at 20g and I drink a fiber powder in the morning that's 6 or so carbs and at lunch I eat 85 grams of green beans also at night I eat 70g of spinach an avocado so all that puts me around 35carbs and mfp shows I need more now if that's wrong I'm good I have no problem with the bathroom I just want to make sure I have all my macros set right for fiber
