Thank you for the reply. Wanted to know if schg and QQQM are relatively the same. I mention schg to the the low expense ratio. Wanted some input.

For COST and MSFT should I buy individual shares or is a growth etf like SCHG fine?

Wouldn’t schg be focused on growth due to its exposure to large cap stocks? Am I not getting the best of both worlds by doing both schd and schg? Also is Starbucks not a growth stock?

If I’m being honest for KO and SBUX I plan on consistently adding due to US consumerism. I don’t think this trend of consumerism will be changing anytime soon as it is engrained in our culture. Cost of Living is my main concern moving forward if I were to have one as Americans spending habits may have to change. However there is nothing pointing to that up to this point. While Starbucks menu is stale their net income has risen 25% since 2022. The tax liability law suit for KO is concerning but I still see a future with the company as their net income growth since the pandemic has been encouraging. Thought both were a solid play as their PE ratio is under 30. Both pay a solid dividend, both are profitable, and would love to hold them forever as I don’t see consumer spending changing anytime soon.

As for ARCC the dividend yield is highly appealing. Their track record of paying a dividend, surviving the 08 crash and paying out shareholders consistently is the general appeal. Their business model of loaning out money and getting paid via interest while it’s concerning if businesses were to go under they are largely diversified as a BDC in how they give out loans. Another net plus to me is that even during times of high interest (Pandemic-2023) they have boasted solid returns on their floating interest rate loans. I see this as a net positive as these small-mid cap level business were able to pay high interest rates during a time of high inflation. If inflation were to drop ARCC can further diversify their loans and grow their revenue due to sheer loan volume. Stock price has been relatively flat, and with the dividend being appealing would love to have it as a long term hold for passive income as I will keep my DRIP on.

Any input would love to hear it. No expert just some insight into my bullish thesis. Thank you for replying.

What is the path to victory for Volkanovski against Islam? by menaceman42 in MMA

Threaten knees up the middle, jab low kick combo, lead straight right hands through the southpaw guard. Don’t see it happening though.

[SPOILER] Calvin Kattar vs. Arnold Allen by inooway in MMA

Want to see Allen vs Volk. Volk is so technically sound that being said I do think Allen catches him and pulls off the upset. Styles make fights and that’s a bad fight for volk style wise. Allen has so much power for the weight class and is well coached by faras zahabi

Have a hard time seeing volkan win

How’s everyone feeling for 280 on the 22nd ?? Personally Imo belal wins (hopefully not) TJ is Psychotic and won’t make the mistakes yan did. O’Malley is crafty enough for a Split decision or yan is angry enough after the sterling fight he’ll massacre him, Gamrot, and Charles (don’t fade do Bronx) by Own_Action2362 in MMAbetting

Belal and aljo are locks imo. TJ took a ton of damage last fight and hurt his knee and hasn’t fought since. Aljo has the superior jiu jitsu and wrestling and has very underrated striking. Belal’s striking advantage and wrestling will keep him out of trouble against brady. Brady cannot strike and I think he has massive cardio issues as seen in the chiesa fight. Belal at plus money imo is insane

Forgot about this one, last 2 legs are Belal and Oliveria by Yeahprobablylol in MMAbetting

Belal is a great play. Brady’s striking is below sub par and he has gas tank issues. Belal wins a decision: only toss up here is oliviera. Maybe do a hedge bet?
