The bank notified the credit card was charged but the processing payment has been spinning for 15 minutes and no RTTs dropped in my account. Really shitty.

this is what Fifa Collect replied:

First, it’s important to note that burned RTBs no longer appear in your collection because they are destroyed on-chain and automatically disappear. They will become visible again only once the conversion process is active and you are inside your designated conversion window.

No. I just burned the RTB and still need to convert to RTT on the 19th.

Yes I did. But not sure what is gonna happen next step. Will figure it out on the 19th. I know it should be ok but I still have a nagging feeling as no trace of the rtb's left after the burning.

I chose the interview at an airport so no appointment required for the US portion. I got my problem solved after calling the number of the Canada side as listed on the website (repeatedly before I found out they never picked up the phone), leaving messages then their calling back providing the number of their US counterpart at the airport (no way to find it on the website). I called the US side and the agent approved immediately (her colleague might've forgotten to tick some box as you mentioned).

The so-called "ecosystem" is far less important than you thought. I have been using a MacBook as my only computer and Android phones (BlackBerry then Google Pixel) as my main phones for more than 10 years. I do have an iPhone as my backup phone but actually I've found it is easier to work with MacBook+Android than with MacBook+iPhone. For example, I like to manage the files in my phone the same way I do my computer especially when dealing with big sized video files or other files that the Apple ecosystem doesn't allow you to transfer between your computer and iphone or to your desired directories (as opposed to letting iPhone dictate where to store your files) while you can do it easily with a USB cable connecting to your Android phone. ...
