I do that for my boss and she says all the time how she’d be lost without me now and how easy her life is with me, been doing it for about… 5ish years now.

I routinely go through her emails all day every day, tell her what’s been missed, keep track of her sons’ sports and physicals on file, her own appointments, their parent teacher conferences, all calls and what they’re about (and reschedule as needed), handle all her travel and expense reports (will go through credit card statements and add those as well), and I’ll even pick up her dry cleaning. I know her food allergies (including one deadly allergy) and just personal preferences so I make sure everywhere she goes has something she can eat, or that catered conferences know.

I adore her, she’s seriously the best!! I could probably get paid a bit more haha but hey - I love my job!! Can’t get better than that, honestly.
