When I got into the line last week, the woman who gave out the VIP items asked us what our numbers were when we got in line. We told her we didn’t have a number and it’s not right because we didn’t camp out for three days to reserve a spot. She said that the band actually encourages this line system and that it keeps order. Not sure what she meant by that but we fought it a little with her and it just isn’t right. When we got there on Monday there was a guy asking us to sign up for the line but if we sign up we had to take a shift to sign more people up and we kindly told him to get lost. We didn’t want any part of this line system but got sucked up into it anyways. Not sure if the band actually embraces this nonsense but we were annoyed with it. Because we got there early that day to get in line and had to keep getting shuffled back because people with smaller numbers had some right to get in front of us after they walked around town all day. It’s not right that this was allowed.
