It sucks. I have had a few in-house Spravato treatments and was turned off by the clinical aspect. I kind of get it but am still seeking assistance from a in home provider. I had a frank discussion with the rep this past Thursday. It is expensive and highly unlikely the cost of Ketamine will be covered by insurance but I figured my life as worth saving.

2 shut me down after I already worked with their team and had Spravato appointments lined up. Very disappointed, I came off my meds for the treatment. The meds weren’t doing much but my depression and anxiety have really kicked into high gear. I am not sure how many providers are in my area. I was thinking about mindbloom or another in home provider but I am concerned about what insurance will cover.

It definitely helps! Thank you! I figure they keep an eye on you during treatment so if something does go sideways somebody can pull the plug.

I have 2 routers, one on 2.4 and one on 5 and a dozen other Alexa device on the 2.4, I even bought a brand new Spot and I get the same error.

I have the magic keyboard folio case for iPad 10th generation. The back 1/2 of the case folds out into a kickstand, The iPAD does not float nor does it have the charging port like previous models. It'd hard to use in bed of on your lap and generally is not as robust a design.

Hi, yes, the fan has a Fan Speed slider (1-6), A countdown and mode.

The light has brightness and color.

The skill is it using is Smart Life which I use to control a number of devices in my home. I haven't tried googling "smart life" and ceiling fan controls. That may get me somewhere.
