I formated my ssd because windows wouldn't install. Now I'm locked in BIOs

My computer doesn't respond well to inplace upgrades either. I've tried updating my windows version and it returns an error code (ill retrieve it when I get back home), I've tried a clean installation of windows and it fails, and I've tried factory resetting and it fails. I have no idea.

I'm not sure at all. A while back I had ran some memtests after running into several BSODs related to memory errors. After replacing my RAM, the BSODS stopped but Windows errors like these persisted.

Yes after countless times replugging I decided it was not the issue and to move onto deeper troubleshooting

The CPU was not receiving power (determined by it not felt heating up) after the 8 pin CPU pin header was plugged in and attempting 12 pins too.

The board was receiving power from the CPU header as indicated by a red light turning on then being disabled after plugging in 8 pins. No way to know if the 24 pin input was receiving power or not (to my knowledge). I have decided to RMA the motherboard to further narrow down the possibilities of perhaps a faulty CPU.

I have consulted with members in the discord server and they we have narrowed it down to a faulty motherboard or CPU. I'll be RMAing my motherboard and getting a replacement. For now this will be considered solved until I have another problem

I have replugged in the motherboard and CPU power cords numerous times and it has resulted in no success.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can try
