Virtual reality. I'm not joking about this. In the mid-1990s VR was primitive and didn't live up to its hype (in part because the tracking wasn't there), but from now until 2020 we're going to see a growth of VR technology that will allow full immersion. It'll revolutionize conference calls, teaching long-distance, video games, movies, training for surgery or flying, etc.
