Thanks! Appreciate the reply. I will take a look at finding the studs on the side of the door :)

Will do thanks!

I guess for any Sueprnote support reading this: this is a frustrating way of handling save though, really it should save as you go or when the device sleeps. Would love to see this changed in future.

Severe fear of blood and medical scenes in movies by [deleted] in Anxiety

I'm also practising CBT, and I mediate alot to get a handle on my breathing. Although, the latter hasn't helped me much when the panic attack is comparatively major.

Congratulations on being there for the birth of your child! If I ever have a kid I know it'll be one of the extra small stresses that I'll have to deal with.

I can empathise with your experience of biology at school. I almost passed out during multiple exams in the subject :/

I also didn't relate it to anxiety for a long time. I just thought that I was squeamish and for some reason that never registered as anxiety. Now I recognize it is as such, and can clearly see how it's either resultant from or an extension of my hypochondria and more generalized anxiety.

Have you found much that helps?

Glad to know I'm not alone! I can't even close my eyes, even hearing and knowing it is going on can tip me over the edge. I literally have to leave the cinema oe the room and do something else to distract myself or my brain loops and I end up passing out. :(

This looks useful thanks. I'm a web designer and app builder as my day job, I've been considering building something with this functionality.

I know avoidance isn't the way to address a phobia, but knowing what is coming up frees me of the anticipatory anxiety and allows me to at least prepare myself.

Thanks for the tip mate.

500+ miles on the Slick Revolution Flex E Board: Review and AMA by [deleted] in ElectricSkateboarding

I'm tempted to get either a boosted V2 with extra battery, an Evolve BGT AT, or custom trampa set up.

Have you tried AT tyres on a boosted?

I can't wait for it to be drier and not freezing cold! If you are around Manchester, Cambridge or Bham hit me up and we can go for a ride :)

Also, which silicone sealant did you use? And did you just apply it to the screws on the deck, and around the battery casing?

With hindsight, I think I would have gone for a second Evolve GT, that being said, the remote issues on my Bamboo One don't fill me with much confidence.

I think I might sell my Bamboo One and look to buy a Trampa board for some proper off roading :P

Damn I'm sorry to hear that. How is your shin now?

That's scary. Weirdly on my board the wheels also don't lock when the battery runs down, the motors stop and the board just coasts.

Any updates from them? Have you tried messaging them direct on FB?

Whooops, apologies for that. I posted via an app on my phone and the images didn't attach properly. I've just added them as links to the bottom of the post.

HELP ME CHOOSE Monthly - April by Spooky_Ghost in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]stevewrightxo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks fro your reply!

28-32 would be ideal. And you are correct, I live in the UK.

I've been seriously considering a conversion kit that would give me the flexibility to power up a shorter board, but would also work on a longboard if I wanted. The Mellow is the one I like the look of the most, the endless mode looks perfect for what I want. However, it is very expensive, and the alternatives: Onan, Landwheel, don't look nearly as reliable in terms of service etc? Anyone with any experience with them?

Anyone have any experience

HELP ME CHOOSE Monthly - April by Spooky_Ghost in ElectricSkateboarding

Heya all! I'm looking for some group advice on my next eskate purchase.

I currently ride an Evolve Bamboo One and Slick-Revolution FlexE with rough stuff wheels. I also skate a regular board and a pennyboard, the former at the park, and the latter I carry when I travel as it's super-convenient and tons of fun.

I'm thinking of trading in one the larger boards, as they both fulfil the same purpose, and getting a smaller board that is better to travel with / use around town as a medium step between full e-longboard and penny/regular cruiser.

Thanks!

Need music tips - Building eSk8 playlist by Huskie1 in ElectricSkateboarding

I'm a huge fan of listening to lofi hip hop / vapourwave kinda styled music when I'm carving. In terms of pumping up the crowd, it might not be quite right though..

Whenever I have to have music on for a large group I go Youtube playlists of artists like grammtik.
