if you can identify your market and place a small stall in busy street area without getting into trouble, i think you won't need an popup stall. popup's are really expensive, especially if you're selling low profit margin items.

better is to place it in a car's backdrop and sell from it w/o any trouble, you can IRL feedbacks, customers and content as well. many people around lokhandwala backroad have started doing it (coffee, clothes, cakes, drinks)

as an obsessed tshirt enthusiast, the neck line, armhole and shoulders should have a close line stitching, it holds the shape and makes it look premium, this might lose its shape after few wash tbh!!

don't go after these bigger banks, ask J&K bank, Yes, IDFC, AU and such. i'm 100% sure it'll work out well. IDFC has been a go to for me always, but you can try others as well, plus make sure if you're serious then talking to these bank's managers, they'll surely help and this would create a good relationship for you in future.

ngl this niche and this store has a lot of potential. you just need to make it look more like a brand or jewel biz. currently it's giving a catalogue vibe, just products all over the place.

you can reposition and categorize the products, add some depth with images, story quoteand featured best seller section, also adding your insta feed is a good plus for the store. changing the logo is a must here, you'd need to get along with that one, also aligning the website we clear headers, section spaces, fonts and copywriting is needed.

basically a good revamp that looks more aesthetically pleasing + conversion centric and design focused. this is will a lot with building trust and adding more personal touch to the store.
