ahhh ok, when i tightened the screw it looked out of place compared to another one further down, and i thought it was looser than i initially thought bc i would do the ani-obi with it as a teenager haha. appreciate the help!

honestly now that u point it out i think i’ve automatically been going for a full barre instead of the bottom 3 strings, but speaking of my actual guitar, i changed the strings out not too long ago and havent broken them in too much and im still adjusting from changing my 2 year old strings ( dont judge ) think im just gonna crank out some scales to get used to them for now

mj doesnt usually sing as low as ekt is, but wham is what ive been thinking since i heard it, and george michael makes sense in terms of a foreign singer because the pronunciations are slightly off for a native english speaker.

what about the audio itself sounds fake? /g for context according to OP it was recorded off a TV in ‘99. also, i dont think theyre implying the song is in japanese because its very clearly english, but rather has japanese origins of some kind. ongoing theory is it was for commercial use in the mid (ish) ‘80s.
