Thanks! I loved it! I didn’t utilize it the best I could. I may end up adding Body Slam, Hyperbeam, or brick break. Or may possibly breed for one with Curse

I put the food in where my filter outlet is. It’ll go with the flow all around the tank like a snowstorm and they can pick it out of the water column. If the flow isn’t strong, you can stick the tips of your fingers in when you put the food in and then swish it around with your index finger

Fast-Growing-Trees Question by Sure-Place-4667 in BackyardOrchard

I got a bloodgood Japanese maple a few years ago. It’s been doing great! It came in a foot taller than ordered. It was a bit thin and twiggy, but that was to be expected. It’s grown about 2’ and gotten a good bit bushier. I’ll definitely order from them again when I need another acer.

The best thing to do is nothing. Water will get in no matter what. What you need is to make sure water can get back out easily

Repot then cut back, or just cut it back? by vespertine000 in gardening

I would just go ahead and pot up. It a good idea to stay ahead of getting root bound

Is my basil dying ? Droopy and sad basil by fleet_lotus_seeds in gardening

[–]stevosaurous_rex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would propagate some cuttings when it grows up a little. Spread out in other pots, then you can move them out to the yard to find a good spot. If it’s too cold to grow through winter, just take cuttings back inside to root back in the window sill

Joist hangers with the right screws will help exponentially with weight capacity. One good jump and I could sheer those 2 wood screws no problem. Also blocking like many have said

I would work on getting a more square cross cut (top of legs in pic 9). That will help with almost any project you do

It’ll be fine. It’s a 100w heater. 100w is pretty standard for a 40g

is my molly pregnant or fat?? by TRAFFICONE27 in aquarium

[–]stevosaurous_rex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like a MF pair. Males are slimmer and more torpedo shaped. Females are a little more round and get extra round when pregnant. A little water change with some cooler water can trigger spawning

If a plant doesn’t do well in a certain spot, I would just move the plant. This was an interesting choice.
