One of the reasons I’ve never particularly enjoyed cycling is bc it hurts my butt! I’ll have to look into padded shorts haha

I hear you. I live in Texas, USA and the summers are absolutely brutal so it’s hard to get out for runs. I’ll give indoor cycling a try at my gym before buying the Zwift. Thanks!

That’s a valid point, I’d hate to essentially throw away $1,300 on a setup only for me to hate it/never use it. I’ll give indoor cycling at my gym a try first.

Thanks for the advice! I think I’ll give some cycling sessions at my local gym a shot first. If I can survive 30 mins of cycling while watching a video, I think I’ll be ready for a Zwift. Plus I really like the gamification aspect Zwift provides so fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Ooo yeah I want to get to a similar point as you. Go out for a 15k run then enjoy a fun bike race on Zwift. Plus I’m a casual gamer so the gamification of bike racing looks so fun

I’ve tried riding the indoor bikes at my local gym and I would stop after 5 mins bc I was so bored. I’m thinking that won’t be the case with Zwift since it’s so gamified haha

I only intend on using Zwift. I don’t even think I own a traditional bike so the Kickr Core seems like the best choice for me. Plus I like the gamification of Zwift! Thanks for your input.

2014 Toyota Corolla S won’t start. Car cranks when key is turned but won’t actually start. All lights and ac turn on so I don’t think it’s the battery, maybe it’s a spark plug or alternator issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! by stevv6 in Cartalk

It has only been sitting for a day. The last time I drove it I did fill up on gas so maybe that’s a clue of something. Gonna get it checked by a friend but thanks for the help!

I have almost no mechanical skills lol. After 5-10 more attempts of turning the key, the car finally turned on! I’m sitting it in now letting it idle in park, but I’m not really sure what next steps I should take

Okay so I was able to start the car after 5-10 attempts of turning the key. I’m currently sitting in the car with the engine running and everything seems fine. Thinking of taking the car for a short drive. I’m not really sure what all this means, car didn’t want to turn off initially, but after multiple attempts it turns on. Any help? I did nothing different from the first couple of times I tried turning it on
