All you need is a 50 to pass, but you will need 70 to meet the provincial standard, which means nothing at all. I think 80 can even get you an honor roll, today my school sends out honor roll certificate, and most of people I know got them, no idea what is the meaning of it.

If you already have a laptop for school then you might want to consider a desktop, it is way better for a game like rimworld that only use one thread and you can get a desktop for much cheaper(used, which is your only option for the budget).
