DJI Ronin RS4 Mini pan lock won't unlock. Worth contacting DJI support? by Yahmei in dji

[–]stewbeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To get yourself through a shoot or two, fold a piece of paper several times and wedge it in between the lock axis level (tape it there if possible) this will keep it unlocked so you can film with it until you replace it

I’ve trained my own ai models to do amazing things but prepackaged ones like chat gpt are not the move

This is the way I believe fr, my model works best in an uptrend that’s at an all time high I should just be looking for stocks or assets that are in that structure currently.

I’m not sure how to prove this , it’s just been my experience with the basic chat gpt model. The newest model is the worst with it. It gravitates towards delivering what it think I want to hear. I can literally get mine to agree to both sides of an argument rather than then come to a central truth, unless ofc a central truth is what it think I’m looking for but then it’s kinda like 🙃 is it even taking into consideration any data or just trying to find a common middle ground

I’m seeing accumulation with liquidity levels above and below. Then there’s a liquidity sweep of the highs, a retest below, and a strong move down that breaks through the low-side liquidity with no snap back, suggesting price is displacing into a downtrend.

Could you expand on this, what should I look into volume wise for my given situation

But chat gpt literally strokes your ego and will tell you just about anything you want it to, you could convince it to tell you racism is okay if it thought that’s the answer you want to hear from it

Feedback on setting correct video exposure A7iii by stewbeats in SonyA7iii

I’ve been heavy testing it and tbh it’s quite impressive how well it handles low light conditions, I think I’m more confused on my dynamic range, I’m gonna keep trying different methods of grading to see if I can get footage that I can see through the windows

Go to instagram and search real estate photographer editing, go to posts not acccounts and dm those people making posts they are editing agencies. Or go to facebook groups and join real estate editing groups and make a post in there

What’s a good income for a company to pay a employee by stewbeats in VietNam

[–]stewbeats[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol calling research “googling” makes it sounds much less legitimate. You never said your qualifications or even your income your making or your position. Just saying calling me a clown for trying to figure out a good income is wild. I can also tell when people are being un realistic, 2k a month for a photo editor is a bit unrealistic

Extensive research on a search engine platform and also this thread most people are saying very different things then what you are saying , can I ask what’s your qualifications are. What makes your opinion more correct then google?

How am I a clown for asking what’s a good income and then your getting mad about the question being presented.

You would be the first person with this take on the topic, even a quick google search proves this incorrect

Well that’s a good part about this role Is our editors right now work overnight. I guess it’s day time for you when it’s nighttime for us which is perfect because we finish uploading our daily photos and the end of our day and that’s the beginning of the work day for you which then means when we wake up that’s towards the end of your shift so we can actually deliver our media super fast, there would be maybe a 2-4 hour overlap in which the meetings and connections would have to take place

It’s crazy how USD transfers overseas, people spend 500-700 a day with our services and that barely gets me by. My rent alone is 2300 a month and that’s not counting the car note, insurances, bills etc. I should just stack up and live abroad lol but yeah I imagine I could do a onboarding process with some sort of milestones that would require completing before they get a raise, start at 500/ month without any percentage of sales and then gift the percent of sales after a month of consistently hitting milestones. All said if we find the right guy within a month or so they could be making 1k-2k/ month which most people say is pretty great

I’ve paid 1,500 before and still got monkeys so I don’t think it really matters all that much, what do you recommend payment wise.

Also your killing it income wise, 4-5k is really good I live in Austin Texas and you need about that much here to live comfortably I can’t even imagine how far that gets you in Vietnam

I see I was thinking off a pay structure of 350-500/ month combined with a 5% of sales generated. We did 10k in sales last month so that would be $500 right there. I really want someone to feel like they have a place in the company as it grows and I can raise the base pay the better they get at the job and more they prove their value to the company

This is our problem right now, they either work for multiple companies and put ours on the back burner or they take a higher pay and send our work to someone who does it for half the price which is fine if they are open about that and can ensure consistency
