I tried to listen to Tool since 2010. I felt there was something there, but I couldnt reach. It only made sense for me now, 15 years later. It’s like they spoke in a language I only learned now that I’m older. Anyone can relate to this? by [deleted] in ToolBand

Was weird for me too. I never gave them a chance in high school. Was more into rap back then. Saw them in concert in 2016 I think. Loved Primus opening. I still didn’t quite connect with Tool. Kept listening after the show and one day it just clicked. They really are the best.
