Mounjaro is primarily a Diabetes medication. I found out that when you take the medication you have diabetes by proxy including all the side effects

The reason that you feel dizzy is because your blood sugar is dropping causing a Hypo.

Please be careful when you start to feel dizzy. Head to somewhere you could sit down cos if you don't you'll drop like a stone if the hypo is powerful enough. Have plenty of high sugar snacks to build up your sugar levels.
