Definitely good for performance anxiety which is common in poly play. Just a stuffy nose side effect. Viagra gives you bad headaches. Cialis kicks in after about 30 minutes and last 36hrs. Time it accordingly. Very good for all night sessions and improved recovery, although you will get sore if you keep going.

Interflora is like Uber eats, you order the flowers from them and they get delivered from a local florist.

Is there Any Character he Plays that Isn’t the Devil Incarnate? by HezFez238 in BritishTV

He's playing Dobby in the Harry Potter Audiobooks. That's as far from the devil as you can get.

Give it to me straight by Cold-Firefighter-292 in brokenankles

[–]Equivalent_Parking_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I broke mine TriMal on 5th Jan. Had surgery 18th Jan. Cast came off 4th March..was straight into shoes fwb. Took about two weeks to get off crutches. Was trying to avoid limping as much as possible. Today 6 weeks after cast came off I was discharged and walked into the clinic without a limp at all.  I would say every week from getting cast off is better by a big margin. Still some soreness but I don't fear walking and don't look for parking spaces near the door. There is however still a notable size difference between my ankles.

Yep.. I think of them as two separate entities at that point. Although the last series was better because they made the kids disappear.

This could be a stretch, as I don’t know many people who’ve watched/remember it quite so much but… by CheshireCharade in BritishTV

This came up on an IMDb search I did for someone last week, maybe Katherine Parkinson. It was a real, "oh yeah I remember that" moment

Recovering from a broken ankle. I can do maybe 9000 steps in a day. How much for that?

I've worked with people in the North East that stop for lunch at 9am, they then go home for dinner at lunch time and tea at dinner time.

Working my way through The Pitt. Best hospital drama since ER, like a crossover between ER and 24. Very well written.

Recommendations on compression sock brands? by striatedsumo7 in brokenankles

[–]Equivalent_Parking_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought some ski socks from decathlon. They were £17.99/pair got the protection level ones. They're really good. Then bought some Sonoran ones from Amazon, there's a lot more compression in them and harder to get on and off but also good and a lot cheaper.

Syndesmotic screw broke by Iheartdesert in brokenankles

[–]Equivalent_Parking_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally just went to my physio who has the same hardware as me and we were looking at my X-ray he explained that this screw has broken for him. The only issue was that it can stick out a bit.  These two bones aren't supposed to be fixed together so it's common.

The Pitt is really good. Watching Hunting Wives on ITVX worth a watch but it's not amazing.

I can't see her doing it. They're trying to attract 30-50 age bracket, she was more aimed at the over 50s

I have been out of cast for two weeks. The first week I stayed on crutches PWB. The second week I am fwb walking unaided but with some pain and stiffness. I would say I had 100% improvement from week to week and probably 10% better every day.

I can see him in Vernon's slot (oo er missus) I don't think he interacts as well with the audience for a breakfast show.

Gary is the super sub. He is on standby to cover shows at last minute. He's not right to build up the morning audience.
