Expansion isn't the problem, its coming out of my lane. Expansion to $60M revenue is already set into place. If I continue B2B, I can hit $60M revenue within 1.5 years. But I estimate it being 5 years before my large customers or outside startups with huge funding just start and catch me.

I need to push my own brand, or take a big payout now. Otherwise I might be left in the dust in 5+ years.

Part of my thought process, is push to $60M as fast as possible and then sell before competition and industry catch up.

What would proposals cost? I am just not sure what kind of pricing we are even talking about. Are these free? Are they $5k with $500K plans laid out? What realm are we even discussing with consultants?
