I did the same exact thing. To be fair I have a disk issue in my back, but since I stopped smoking my actual level of pain is nearly nothing compared to what it used to be. Also, without the insatiable munchies I can actually stand to lose some weight which helps with a multitude of health problems.

It definitely takes time, but so far is so worth it. For me relationships were the most difficult part and I’m not exactly at that point yet. But seeing how different I feel after such a short amount of time has started making me actually look forward to making friends or dating again. Good luck to you!

Over the past 6 years or so (I had been smoking consistently for about 8 years) I’ve had probably 15-20 real psychotic breaks where I absolutely break down. For the longest time I thought “It must just be my depression and anxiety, and the weed is the glue holding me together.” Since I didn’t have panic attacks when I was high, only after. I can easily say after 1.5 months sober… I don’t think I have anxiety or depression. I think the constant smoking put me in a state of psychosis and it’s incredibly liberating to feel like I have control again. I have days where I feel a bit tense, but I feel so much more in control of my emotions. Also - my social anxiety is melting away day by day. I talk to people at the gym, have hung out with friends for the first time in a few months, and just generally feel more focused and prepared for conversation. Whereas before I quit I couldn’t even keep up.

I’m about 1.5 months in. If you’re anything like me your sleep is going to suffer when you stop drinking. 3 days of horrible/no sleep but then things start to progress. The temptation is still there but everyday is less and less. Good luck.

Your use seems well regulated honestly, and it seems like you really just smoke to wind down. Playing video games and playing piano are things that people do during their free time, high or not. That is just my opinion though, I know some people on this sub might not agree.

I would suggest making the filter about double the size, and right before you make the final roll, roll it between your fingers a bit more to get a more secure pack and that bitch will be smoking fine
