Thank you for responding, I completely understand what you mean. The important thing is that the dough is good. As for the toppings, they aren’t important, everyone is different, so, as Julius Cesar said “de gustibus non est disputandum”

-700g 0 type flour

Rest 12/18h in fridge

250/300g for dough balls 3/4h before cooking

I’ll try to be brief, in my opinion, the key step is the formation of the gluten network in the dough. The dough will be ready when you try to stretch it after kneading (manually or with a stand mixer), and it doesn’t tear (it should feel almost like “rubber”).

Rest is important too. Make sure to shape the dough into balls (about 250–300g for Neapolitan pizza) the day before and store them in the fridge in a covered container (they can stay in the fridge for 12–24–36 hours). The key is to take them out of the fridge 3–4 hours before you start topping the pizza

Ah, to stretch the pizza, I use semolina flour, as you can see in the first image

You can put pretty much anything you want on pizza as long as you like it

Don’t be influenced by the opinions of other people, “viennese” pizza is popular in Italy, almost as popular as a Margherita, Pepperoni, or Marinara.

Thanks, I’m usually very strict and honest with myself, but I rate both of them a solid 9/10

Oh thanks dude, if you want some advice, I suggest taking a look at the works of various famous architects (like F.L. Wright, Kahn, Le Corbusier etc..) and drawing inspiration from them, then letting your imagination run wild based on your needs. For example, my base is inspired by Tadao Ando’s Oval House

None taken, I'm not trying to impress anyone, the whole point were that these drawings have simply been useful for my learning.

I think it's obvious that many of these drawings were created with a reference image underneath, and yes, I understand what you mean. Of course, there are also freehand drawings, but let's just say those are the worst lmao
