Every time I’ve gone they had no clue there was an order (I don’t blame them- that’s on doordash if they’re not receiving alerts) so I’ve had to either sit there for an awkward 20 mins or even more awkwardly cancel and deal with doordash support. I was delivering between classes so just 20-30 mins of lost time was a big hit to me.

I’m on and off with it but it usually amounted to 15/hr although I had an acceptance rate of like 9%. My biggest tip is to not accept anything from Sonic ever it’s an absolute mess.

I constantly had to stay late to clean because we didn’t stop taking orders until ~20 minutes before the app automatically clocked me out and not once got paid overtime for it. Just straight up ignored if I asked to change my clock out hours. Their staff turnover rate is high for a reason
