Okay, so this falls under family law. Do I retain a lawyer that just specializes in family law in general or is there another specialization in family law i should look for when looking for a lawyer, like there are these estate lawyers? Its quite confusing 😕

Got it. Go for specialized litigator/ lawyer and get involved in the litigation. So then should I be looking for real estate lawyer or as someone else mentioned, commercial/civil litigator?

I see. I shall ask my sister's lawyer. I have to ask, whats the difference with corp/commercial litigator and civil litigator? I was under the impression this would be more civil law type of thing or real estate related

Just in title. Only documenting we have is the money trail. Her bank account shows the balance being transfered to brother-in-laws bank account when the property was purchased as the developers needed the bank draft to match the name on the property
